Over the past couple of months, I’ve written several articles about the Chiefs’ biggest opponents, starting with our division rivals (LV, LAC, DEN), and ending with the top three non-KC teams in the AFC (CIN, BAL, BUF). This week, I’m going to write about the Chiefs. It’s not going to follow the same format, but will largely cover the same data.
The Chiefs lost their bid to make history by winning three Super Bowls in a row. They made it to the big game, but faltered at the end. Injuries to multiple starters caused problems for the Chiefs throughout much of the season, though that was not reflected in the Chiefs’ overall record (15-2).
