The Chiefs 2023 NFL schedule came out this Thursday. We’ve known the opponents since the end of last year’s NFL season, but now we know the order in which we’ll play all of the teams. Today I’m going to take a look at it and see the ways it hurts us or helps us.

First up is a graphic with the Chiefs’ schedule on it, along with the number of “rest days” in between each of the games for both the Chiefs and our opponent. For example, we play on Thursday to start the season, then play on Sunday after that, so we have 10 “rest days” in between games, whereas our opponent only has 7, so we have a 3-day “rest advantage” for that game.
