Chiefs' Rashee Rice on his Week 7 return: 'The time is finally here'
Rice set to make his 2025 regular-season debut
Good things come to those who wait, the saying goes.
Patience finally pays off for the Chiefs with the return of wide receiver Rashee Rice, who is set to make his regular-season debut after serving a six-game suspension.
The third-year pro brings the wide receiver corps to full strength, with Rice, Xavier Worthy and Hollywood Brown being the top wideouts in the passing game.
For his part, Rice couldn’t be happier to be back in the fold.
“This week is really big,” Rice said Friday. “It’s been a while since I got to play in a regular-season game with my guys, so I’m very excited to be out there, to go out there and compete.”
