Ok, I know we’re all on to the draft at this point, but I wanted to fit in a final free agency review before pivoting fully to draft content. At this point, most of the free agency class is gone, either resigning with their previous team or signing with a new one. That actually makes this a good time to do this review, since little will change between now and the draft.

The Chiefs have, for the most part, filled all the holes in the roster from losing free agents, and can go into the draft with a best player available mentality, even if some positions—like defensive line—make more sense than others. That has generally been what they do in March. Pick up a couple big players (Jaylon Moore and Kristian Fulton this year), then pick up some players to eat snaps if necessary.
