Merry Draftmas: KCSN Launches Its 2026 NFL Draft Show
Setting the stage on the class strengths, weaknesses, and early “my guys” before the combine reshapes the conversation.
After 10 long months, they can finally say it: Merry Draftmas.
The KCSN Draft Show is officially back, and with it comes unfiltered, pre-combine draft analysis from Kent Swanson and Matthew Lane. Before the groupthink sets in and the NFL Combine reshuffles boards across the industry, this is the raw stage of the process — firm takes, strong opinions, and early table-setting for the 2026 class.
So where does this draft stand?
The guys break down a class that shines at edge rusher, off-ball linebacker, and wide receiver, highlighting the depth and variety at premium positions. From explosive pass rushers to versatile linebackers and a wide receiver group with real stylistic range, there’s plenty to like.
But it’s not all glowing reviews. The running back room outside of Notre Dame star Jeremiah Love? Thin. Quarterback? Headlined by Fernando Mendoza, but lacking depth. Offensive tackle? A group that could see reaches inside the top 10.
Plus, the first edition of early “my guys” — including Mendoza, USC’s Makai Lemon, Auburn’s Keldrick Faulk, and more — before the combine changes the temperature.
Draft season is here. And there’s no better place to dive in than KC Sports Network.
