The Most Interesting Players to Watch on Cutdown Day

Today, 41% of the Chiefs’ 90 man roster will find out they have not been selected for the final roster. A bittersweet day where dreams will be simultaneously dashed and realized. There should be an appreciation for everyone that has pushed your favorite players in practice, even if it’s the end of their opportunity to play for the Chiefs in September ends (or is delayed).

Brett Veach and Andy Reid are in the unenviable position of trying to get the roster down to the right group to go in to week one against Detroit. This 90 man roster has done a fantastic job of making the decisions difficult. There are names we weren’t talking about a few months ago that are being discussed as viable options.
