Tools of the Trade: NFL Savant

In this weeks edition of Tools of the Trade, we’re going to a site called NFLSavant. This site is incredibly cool. It has tons and tons of graphics, a whole bunch of different stats, and even the ability for you to create your own graphic, with filters and other stuff. It’s pretty easy to navigate, and the graphics are downloadable.

When you first navigate to the site, a page opens up with the option to click on any team name and see stats for that team. Once I’ve selected the Chiefs, it brings me to the “Yearly Team Stats” page. On that page, you can scroll through seven different graphics that show data from 2008 through 2023.
