This has been a weird season. For the first time in the Mahomes era, our defense is carrying the team, while our offense performs in spurts and sputters. Entire libraries of ink, both physical and digital, have been spilled on the altar of “what is going on???”. I myself have spent half a season writing about this, and I don’t foresee an end to it, even after we win our third super bowl ring in 5 years.
