Kansas Jayhawks coverage at KCSN

Nick Springer and Kevin Flaherty react to KU quarterback David McComb's intention to enter the transfer portal. The team discusses what this means for KU and the significance of the loss.

The red-shirt sophomore is 35-for64 for 445 yards with three touchdowns and four interceptions in his three seasons spent with Kansas. True freshman Isaiah Marshall is the only quarterback currently on the roster who has taken snaps for the Jayhawks, with fifth-year senior Jalon Daniels set to graduate. Marhsall went 3-for-3 for 28 yards this season.

Nick Springer and Kevin Flaherty discuss Darryn Peterson's injury situation, the top takeaways from Kansas basketball's win over Towson, and other thoughts.

Kansas won in blowout fashion over Towson, 73-49. The Jayhawks received double-digit efforts from Flory Bidunga, Bryson Tiller, Melvin Coucil Jr., and Tre White. Bidunga was the Tigers' most significant contributor, scoring 18 and grabbing 10 rebounds, leading the team in both categories.

KCSN’s coverage on the Kansas Jayhawks is featured by the weekly podcast, “Pay Heed,” hosted by Kevin Flaherty and Nick Springer.

Both Flaherty and Springer are credentialed media who will often be in Lawrence covering the Jayhawks’ football and basketball programs in person.
