After two straight tough losses to Texas Tech and Kansas State, Kansas rebounded against a 1-8 Oklahoma State squad. The Jayhawks held a three-touchdown lead for much of the game before a late Cowboys touchdown made the final score 38-21. Kansas had a pair of running backs, Leshon Williams and Daniel Hishaw Jr., who rushed for 77 yards and a touchdown and 65 yards and two touchdowns, respectively.
