Kansas Jayhawks coverage at KCSN
Nick Springer and Kevin Flaherty react to KU basketball hosting a new visitor on campus over the weekend, what his role could be on the team, and break down KU's conference opponents.
The visit is not a traditional one that has been customary for the Kansas Jayhawks, as this was Camron McDowell, a prolific Division-II player. McDowell is a catch-and-shoot type of winger who was good enough last season to be the nation’s second-leading scorer at that level. The 6-foot-6, 180-pound guard averaged over 27 points per game last season for Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
KCSN’s coverage on the Kansas Jayhawks is featured by the weekly podcast, “Pay Heed,” hosted by Kevin Flaherty and Nick Springer.
Both Flaherty and Springer are credentialed media who will often be in Lawrence covering the Jayhawks’ football and basketball programs in person.
You can also find our weekly, in-season football show, “Booth Review,” hosted by former running back and sideline reporter/analyst, Brandon McAnderson.
You might also find episodes of our high school football recruiting show, “Verbal Commitment,” hosted by Kevin Flaherty and Ryan Wallace, on this channel when it’s pertinent to the Jayhawks football team.
