You can cancel or unsubscribe anytime through your Substack account or through the link at the bottom of your emails. If you’re a paid subscriber and want to cancel your account or request a refund, it’ll pro-rate the amount through the rest of the year on your refund.

Welcome to KC Sports Network (“KCSN”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, podcasts, video streams, and other online services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the KCSN Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All content on the Platform—including articles, podcasts, videos, graphics, logos, and audio clips—is the property of KC Sports Network LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission from KCSN.
3. User-Generated Content & Conduct
If you post comments, submit feedback, or interact with our live streams, you agree to the following:
Ownership: You retain ownership of your comments, but you grant KCSN a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and moderate that content.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to post content that is:

Discriminatory based on race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.
Harassing or threatening toward KCSN staff, contributors, or other users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.

KCSN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
