As the NFL Draft gets closer and closer, it’s time to really start diving into some potential fits for the Kansas City Chiefs in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. This week, we are going to start by looking at Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson — and there will be a little bonus of Tennessee’s wide receiver Chris Brazzell II at the end — and how he wins, where he needs to improve, and how he’d fit with the Chiefs.
For those unfamiliar, I try to do a Film Room series on video for the KCSN Discord (if you have subscribed to this Newsletter, you should have an invite link to the Discord in the welcome e-mail) every week. So far, we have covered the majority of the EDGE prospects expected to go in the top 100, and we are now starting some wide receivers.
The video above is a broken-out, quick 10-minute chunk of the Tyson video, breaking down some of his biggest strengths and areas of improvement. At the end of the article will be another video of the same for Chris Brazzell II, as well as the link to the full Film Room on YouTube.
The KCSN Draft Guide is available for pre-order! A Chiefs-specific book with detailed analysis, profiles of hundreds of prospects, player comps, a Chiefs draft pick trade chart, scheme fit analysis, and more! The book release April 6th!
Strengths:
True high-end movement: His combination of fluidity in his lower half and sudden burst is difficult to find. He can tempo his speed without altering his body position, which allows him to run with deception.
